He is recognized for his speaking and writing on bankruptcy law, contributing to publications like the Miami Herald and Bloomberg Law. His honors include being ranked by Chambers USA and listed in The Best Lawyers in America.

Jonathan S. Leiderman is a founding Partner at LSS Law, specializing in personal and corporate bankruptcy law. Born in New Hyde Park, New York, Jonathan completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He later graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1994. Before co-founding LSS Law, Jonathan served as a law clerk to Honorable Alan L. Postman, a former Circuit Court Judge in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and was a founding Shareholder of Leiderman Shelomith, P.A.

Christian Somodevilla is a distinguished attorney with extensive experience in bankruptcy law. A Miami native, he graduated from the University of Miami Business School and later earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University College of Law as a Goodwin Scholar. Christian’s career began at a prominent insurance defense firm in Florida before he shifted his focus to consumer bankruptcy. He has represented a diverse clientele including business and consumer debtors, trustees, and creditors across various bankruptcy chapters.
